Leather with Ball Bearing Swivel Handles Ropes come in two sizes: 8 and 9-1/2ft. Adults should buy the 9-1/2 ft. To find your correct size, stand on the rope and the handles should reach your armpits. If the rope is too long, tie a knot in it. (Near the handle)
