DollPower is brought to you by instructor, Doll Crain. Doll started gymnastics very young and competed throughout school. In 1999, she became MJCC assistant gymnastics coach and P.E. Teacher. She enjoyed two wonderful years with them. In 2000, Doll helped start and run Fight Factory Boxing Gym, where she coached and managed over 20 boxers for four years. Doll has boxed professionally and competed in two Ms. Fitness contests, placing 13th and 2nd. Doll plans to compete again in the next two years. Doll Crain instructs Mt Hood Cheers tumbling and offers her business of DollPower, focusing on self empowerment, with the motto STRONG, POWERFUL WOMEN. * 10% of proceeds donated to cancer

Come join us for this 6 week EMPOWERING Defense Awareness Class Learn to execute real moves that MMA Fighters use to win bouts submission holds, choke holds, blocking and escape techniques that really work This is not your Mama s silly self defense class YOU WILL FEEL MORE CONFIDENT! MON 8:30-9:30 6 weeks-$200 first session 7-28 to 8-8 BOOT CAMP Military Standard Training. Come test yourself in this 6 week class. Challenge yourself to improve your score in the 2 mile run/walk, 2 min push up and sit up military tests. In the first week, test to see where you are at for your age group. Then for six weeks we will train with military style workouts to help improve your score before retesting during the last class. SAT 5:30-6:30 6 weeks-$$160 first session 8-2 to 9-13 Class Prices: $60/month for 2 classes per week. Or buy a $60 punch card with 8 classes, card is good for 60 days!
