service Boxing Club offers boxers a chance to sharpen
their skills through expert training from the
Contender's very own trainer and promoter Joe Hofer.
This fully equipped
boxing gym including Ring, Heavybags,
Uppercut bags, various double
end bags, and other equipment
pertaining to boxing. In addition we
have weight equipment such as bench press,
preacher bench, squat rack, incline
boards, calf machine, ab
machine, butterfly, and rowing machine. We have free
weights both Olympic style, and standard.
Memberships begin at $50 with no
contracts to sign. The gym makes available handwraps,
boxing gloves, headgear, etc.
We include the best punch mitt work
anywhere.
We provide one on one training,
which includes videos to
critique your own style. We offer a white
collar boxing program, and welcome any
and all beginning professionals
or veterans. We have programs
designed for males or females from
ages 8 to 80.
