All Levels, Men, Women & Children, Self Defense & Fitness For more information call: (917) 318-4224 Learn the Sweet Science of Boxing with Ray Rainey whether you re a novice looking to learn the basics, an experienced boxer wanting to enhance/perfect skills already acquired or for fitness with the attention & dedication as though you were training to be a fighter. Boxing with Ray will achieve results and give you the skills. Boxing with Ray is based on the Supreme Team Style of Boxing where he learned and was trained by the originator Milton LaCroix . The Supreme Team Style has developed many amateur boxers (Golden Glove Champion) as well as world champions. Warm up exercises = Include Jumping Rope, Push Ups, Variety of abdominal work, strength training, jogging, stretching etc., Technique Drills, Strength & Endurance coordination = Punching, Footwork, Hand-Eye coordination and Shadow Boxing etc., Bag & Pad Work = Heavy, Speed, Double End & Uppercut Bags as well as Pad training to develop speed & accuracy etc., Sparring (Optional for intermediate level only) = A chance to get into the ring & apply the skills you have built.
