Ford's Gym BOXING We challenge you to find another place in Madison as perfectly set-up for boxing as Ford s Gym. We have a brand new Ringside ring, heavy bags and speed bags, but more importantly we have great coaches in Bob Lynch and Andrea Nelson. Bob has been involved in boxing his whole life and Andrea is a former pro boxer.Our boxing classes are co-ed, open to all ages and available for general fitness training or competition boxers. FUNDAMENTALS OF BOXING: In this class you will learn the right way to throw a punch, the different combinations and foot work. A new 4-week session starts the first Monday of the month 7:00-8:30pm. TECHNIQUES FOR BOXING: Apply what you learned in the fundamentals class, refine your technique and learn the boxers workout. A new 4-wk session starts the first Thursday of the month 6:30-7:30pm. ADVANCED & COMPETITION SPARRING: After you have mastered the techniques and boxers workout join us for advanced boxing and competition sparring on Monday & Wednesday 5:30-7:00pm. Heavy Hitters Boxing Club Lessons are only $50 a month. Kenosha Boxing Team We are a non profit organization. We coach, train, and mentor all people that step foot into our gym. We will give everybody our 110% best. Moore Boxing We are a non-profit club, The Moore boxing club was established to bring back amateur boxing to the Chequamegon Bay region, and assist area youth in attaining goals and learning discipline through sport of boxing. The Moore name has been synonymous with boxing for decades, with a rich family history of amateur and professional fighters over that span. Thurs 6:30, Fri 6:30pm, Sat and Sun 10:30am. Hours will be changing with summer vacation. If interested ask for Tony. Nekoosa Boxing Club We are a non-profit gym looking for boxers over 8 years old. Ken and Joe are the head coaches and we also have 3 assistant coaches. We have state and regional champs in the gym, also a few pros. Call for hours or Email. Racine Boxing Club Inc. The Racine Boxing Club has a proud 35-year tradition training amateur boxers. We do not work with professional boxers. Contact us today to accomplish you fitness goals! Wisconsin Rapids Boxing Club We are a non-profit gym $25 a year families $30 a year we supply the handraps and uniform. We have 8 heavy bags and 2 speed bags. We also have 5 trainers and on good nights we get between 15-25 boxers. Mon-Fri 600-800PM
