We offer everything from the boxer's workout(non-contact)
to
competitive boxing.
Mike Cash has been involved in boxing since he was 11 years
old.
He is also a registered boxing coach with the USA Boxing
Association.
Mike hopes that his gym will provide a positive and safe
atmosphere
for the young and old while they learn "The Sweet Science"
of boxing.
At Palmetto Boxing & Fitness our goal is to make sure
you get in the best
shape of your life and have fun doing it in a clean and safe
environment.
All of our trainers are certified by the USA Boxing
Association and are
required to continue their education in physical training.
They will take
you through the same workout as a professional boxer, but
tailored to you
individual workout needs.
51 year old club. Open daily m-f, 6-8. Ring, heavy bags,
speed bag,
double end bags, 8 nautilus machines. 4 coaches and
trainers.
J.O champions and golden glove champions in gym daily.
We can meet your sparring needs.
We are the longest open gym in S.C.
